The clients wanted to bring the swimming pool closer to their heritage home, while still feeling connected to the river. By creating very distinct areas, the landscaping design takes full advantage of the generous size of the property, from top to bottom.
The terracing was completely redone. We designed and built a new level with retaining walls, a pavilion and a staircase leading down to the pool, sidewalks and pergola on the lower terrace. The new swimming pool was integrated into the landscaping, bordered by country style plantings.
