In order to give this tiny, multipurpose courtyard a spacious quality, we pared down our choices to two main materials throughout the project: warm brown ipé wood, a perfect match for the house’s brick colour, and large pale paving stones. Carefully selected for this limited space, the plantings add a lively, exotic touch.
